This page explains what happens to your details when you use Florasensia.
What this site collects
Only what you type into a form. Depending on which parts of this site are switched on, that can be:
- a message through the contact form — your name, email and what you wrote
- an event RSVP — your name and email, so the organiser knows who is coming
- a booking request — your name, contact details and what you want to book
- a membership application — your name and contact details, and if the member is under 16, a parent or guardian and their contact
- a survey or consultation response
- a directory suggestion
Nothing is collected just by reading. This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers and uses no third-party analytics.
Who holds it
Florasensia's committee does. They decide what to keep and they are who to ask about it. OurHub — the platform this site runs on — stores it on their behalf and does not use it for anything else. It is never sold, and there is no advertising here.

Asking what they hold, or having it removed
Ask the committee first — it is their record and they can act on it straight away. If you cannot reach them, or you are not getting anywhere, use the Report a problem link at the bottom of any page. That one reaches OurHub rather than the committee.
Children
Community life involves young people, so a register kept here may hold details of someone under 16. A parent or guardian has to give permission for that, and a parent can ask at any time what is held about their child, or have it removed. Photographs of identifiable children are only published with permission, and are taken down on request.
Warnings relayed from official sources
Fire and flood warnings shown on this site come automatically from the NSW Rural Fire Service and the Bureau of Meteorology and are always credited to them. They are relayed on a best-effort basis. This is not an emergency service — in an emergency call 000.
The platform underneath
This site is hosted by OurHub, a registered business name of a sole trader in New South Wales, ABN 26 338 765 388. Their privacy policy covers the platform layer — hosting, security and the accounts committees sign in with.
